Wholesale Policy
We are a professional women’s clothing manufacturer & wholesaler based in Guangzhou, China, with over 20 years of experience in women’s apparel, including jeans, dresses, blouses, plus-size outfits and winter fleece clothing. We mainly serve bulk buyers, offline boutiques, cross-border retailers and regional distributors from Russia, Central Asia, Europe and the US. The following wholesale terms are our official trading rules for all bulk orders.
1. MOQ – Minimum Order Quantity
1. Mixed batch wholesale (stock ready items):
The minimum order amount is US$150 per order, no single style MOQ limit. You can mix different sizes, colors and styles from our in-stock catalog to reach the minimum value.
2. Separate single style bulk order:
If you order large quantities of one single design, the MOQ is 5 pcs per size per color for stock goods.
3. Custom OEM/ODM production order:
Custom styles with your private label, custom fabric or custom printing require a MOQ of 100 pcs per design.
2. Product & Stock Description
1. All items shown on our website are real-shot stock products. We update new styles weekly, and inventory changes in real time.
2. Stock shortage notice: If certain items run out of stock after your order confirmation, our sales team will contact you within 24 hours to offer alternative similar styles or arrange full refund for out-of-stock goods.
3. Size & fitting: We provide detailed size charts for all women’s garments, including extended plus-size options for the Russian & Central Asian market. Please check size data carefully before placing orders; size error caused by personal selection will not be covered by free return.
3. Payment Terms
We accept secure B2B payment methods for wholesale clients:
– Bank Wire Transfer (T/T)
– PayPal Business Account
– Western Union
– Credit Card via secure checkout gateway
Order production & shipment will be arranged only after full payment is received. We do not support cash on delivery (COD) for overseas wholesale orders.
4. Shipment & Delivery
1. Shipping options: We offer air express (DHL, FedEx, EMS), bulk air freight and sea shipping for large orders, according to your order volume and delivery time demand.
2. Processing time:
Stock mixed orders: 1–3 working days for packing after payment cleared.
OEM custom orders: 7–15 working days for production, depending on order quantity.
3. Delivery time reference:
Express to Russia/Central Asia: 7–15 working days
Sea shipping bulk orders: 25–40 working days
4. Shipping cost: Freight fee is borne by buyers, calculated based on total package weight, volume and destination country. We can provide exact shipping quotation before payment.
5. Customs duty & tax: Import tariff, VAT and local customs clearance fees in your country are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We will issue commercial invoice with reasonable declared value to help you clear customs smoothly.
5.1 Qualified Refund/Return Situation (We bear related cost)
We accept free return, exchange or full/partial refund only under the following factory-side problems:
1. Wrong items sent by our warehouse (wrong style, color, size totally different from your order list)
2. Factory defective products: obvious stitching damage, fabric holes, printing fading, misprint
3. Serious quantity shortage confirmed by unpacking video & photos provided by buyers
Claim requirement: You must send clear photos + full unpacking video within 48 hours after package arrival. We will verify within 3 working days, then arrange re-delivery, replacement or refund.
5.2 No Free Return & Refund (Buyer bear all cost)
We refuse free return, exchange or compensation for these buyer-side reasons:
1. Wrong size/style ordered by your own mistake, dislike of design, unsuitable for local market sales
2. Minor color difference caused by different display screens (All fabric color has slight chromatic aberration; we provide real fabric swatch photos for reference)
3. Slight thread ends, tiny normal craft traces that do not affect wearing & resale
4. Delayed delivery caused by local customs detention, remote area logistics delay
5. Orders over 7 days after goods receipt without any quality feedback
5.3 Return Shipping Rule
If returns are approved due to our factory fault: We cover the resending freight, buyer pays return shipping back to China warehouse first, we will compensate the freight fee in your next order.
If you voluntarily return goods for personal reasons: You need to afford both return shipping cost and 20% restocking fee for warehouse handling.
6. OEM & Private Label Service
1. We support custom woven labels, printed tags, custom packing bags with your brand logo for bulk orders.
2. Custom fabric, color matching, pattern printing and modified cuttings are available for OEM orders.
3. All OEM customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production finishes, unless with factory quality defects.
7. Price & Wholesale Discount
1. All prices displayed on the website are unit wholesale prices without freight. Larger order volume gets tiered bulk discount:
– Order over US$800: 3% total order discount
– Order over US$1500: 5% total order discount
– Order over US$3000: 8% total order discount
2. Annual cooperative long-term distributors can apply for permanent exclusive wholesale price via contacting our sales manager.
3. Price adjustment reserve: Raw material fabric price fluctuates periodically; we will notify all clients 7 days in advance if unit price needs to be adjusted.
8. Order Cancellation Rule
1. Cancel stock orders before warehouse packing: 100% full refund without deduction.
2. Cancel stock orders after packing & shipment arranged: Only 80% refund, deduct 20% packaging & handling cost.
3. Cancel OEM custom orders after production starts: No refund, as all fabric & accessories are cut according to your custom requirements.
9. Intellectual Property
All original designs on our website belong to our factory. Copying, counterfeiting and unauthorized resale of our original designs are prohibited. OEM customized brand patterns provided by buyers shall be fully responsible by buyers for trademark & copyright issues.
