Shipping & Delivery
How long does wholesale shipping take from Guangzhou?
Our warehouse is based in Guangzhou, China. Transit time depends on your destination and shipping method:
United States (Air Freight Only)
– West US: 6–8 business days air transit + 2–5 days processing = 8–13 business days total
– East US: 7–10 business days air transit + 2–5 days processing = 9–15 business days total
European Countries (UK, Germany, France, Spain)
Standard air freight transit:7–11 business days, total lead time:9–14 business days
Russia & Central Asia (Two options for bulk orders)
– Air Express (small urgent trial orders): 12–18 transit days, total 14–23 business days
– Railway Consolidation (large bulk orders over 200pcs): 18–28 transit days, total 20–33 business days
Important note:
Order processing takes 2–5 business days before goods depart our Guangzhou warehouse, including quality inspection, sorting, packing and customs declaration.
Orders placed on Chinese weekends, public holidays, new collection launches or big sale seasons will be processed the next working day, processing time may extend slightly. We will notify you via WhatsApp/Telegram if any delay occurs.
How much is wholesale shipping cost?
Freight cost is calculated by total order weight, volume, destination and shipping method:
– Small trial orders below 200pcs: Standard air freight rate shown on checkout page
– Bulk orders over 200pcs: Discounted railway consolidation price for Russia & Central Asia
– Large orders over 500pcs: Exclusive discounted sea & railway group freight for US/EU/Russia
Our sales manager will send an accurate freight quotation after you confirm your order list.
Can I track my bulk wholesale order?
Yes. Once goods leave our Guangzhou warehouse, we will send full tracking number via WhatsApp/Telegram.
You can check real-time logistics updates on our website page “Track Your Order”.
For railway & sea bulk shipments, we will provide separate container & train tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
We support global B2B wholesale delivery, our main service regions:
Russia, Kazakhstan, Central Asia, United States, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Southeast Asia.
We provide Air Express, Railway Consolidation and Sea Freight for different order quantities and budgets.
Tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received my goods, what to do?
1. First check your local logistics warehouse, forwarding agent or delivery station
2. If package still cannot be located, contact our wholesale support team via WhatsApp/Telegram with your order number and tracking ID
We will coordinate with logistics carrier and reply within 24 working hours.
Managing your purchase
Orders & Exchanges
Can I cancel or modify my bulk order after placing it?
Our bulk order production system runs automatically once payment is confirmed. We cannot cancel or adjust style, size, quantity after your order enters production or shipment.
If you need to return goods, eligible wholesale items can be returned within 30 days after cargo arrives at your warehouse following our return terms.

I received damaged or incorrect garments — what should I do?
Please take clear photos & full video of defective, wrong-size or wrong-style clothes within 48 hours after receiving shipment.
Send all proof materials to our wholesale support team. We provide free re-delivery, partial refund or full exchange for all factory quality mistakes, and we cover the resending shipping cost.
My bulk shipment is delayed — what should I do?
First track your cargo with the tracking number we sent you. If logistics status stops updating for more than 7 working days, reach out to our logistics specialist immediately.
We will follow up with the freight forwarder to locate your goods, and offer volume discount compensation for long-time delayed wholesale orders.
Can I change my shipping address after placing a wholesale order?
Address revision is only available before goods leave our Guangzhou warehouse. Once cargo is dispatched to freight forwarder, delivery address cannot be edited anymore.
If you need to adjust receiving info, please inform our sales manager at least 24 hours before shipment arrangement.
Do you support mixed-size & mixed-style wholesale orders?
Yes, we support mixed batch for all women’s jeans, blouses, dresses and outerwear. Low MOQ for trial bulk orders, bigger order quantity gets extra volume discount. Contact us to get the latest wholesale price list.

Returns & Refunds
What is your wholesale return policy?
We provide a 30-day after-delivery return window for eligible ready stock garments.
Goods eligible for return:
1. Manufacturing defects (broken stitching, fabric holes, severe stains unremovable)
2. Wrong items shipped (mismatched style, color, size, quantity against your order sheet)
3. Goods damaged during transit due to our packaging fault
Goods NOT eligible for return (Final Sale):
1. Custom OEM/ODM orders confirmed with pre-production samples
2. Clearance discounted lots, gift cards, intimate underwear & swimwear
3. Items worn, washed, altered, stained, or missing original hang tags
4. Returns caused by buyer’s personal reasons: overstock, unsatisfied size/style preference, local sales slump
Cost liability rules (Same as Alibaba Trade Assurance standard):
– If returns are caused by our mistakes (defect, wrong shipment): We fully cover return international shipping cost. Original outbound delivery fee will be refunded proportionally.
– If returns are buyer-initiated personal preference: Buyer bears all round-trip shipping fees, original shipping cost is non-refundable.
How do I start a return application?
All returns require official RMA authorization from our team. Unauthorized returned parcels will be rejected without refund.
1. Contact our wholesale support mailbox: support@alevioka.com within 30 days after cargo delivery
2. Submit these materials in your email:
– Full order number
– Buyer company full name & receiving address
– Detailed return reason
– Clear photos/videos if goods are defective, wrong or damaged
3. Our team will review your request within 2–4 working days and send you official RMA number + exclusive return warehouse address.
4. Once your application is approved, you must ship back the goods within 7 calendar days and send us valid tracking number via email. Late shipment will void return qualification.
How long will my refund be processed after you receive returned goods?
1. After we receive and complete full inspection of returned items, we will send you inspection result email within 3 working days to confirm refund approval.
2. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment channel (Wire Transfer / PayPal / Credit Card). Internal system processing takes 5–7 business days.
3. Additional 3–5 working days may be needed for funds to show on your bank statement, subject to your local bank’s settlement speed.
4. Notice: Original shipping fees for outbound delivery cannot be refunded for buyer-caused returns.
Can I exchange bulk items for different size or color?
Yes, we support exchanges for eligible ready stock items within 30 days post delivery, subject to current warehouse stock availability.
Exchange process:
Submit exchange request via support@alevioka.com with your order number. We will only arrange new replacement shipment after we receive, inspect and confirm your returned original goods. Instant exchange shipment is not available.
Exchange cost rules:
1. Return shipping cost: Same liability standard as return policy (we cover if our fault, buyer covers for personal preference exchange)
2. Price difference settlement:
– If new replacement goods cost higher: You pay the price gap before we dispatch new goods
– If new replacement goods cost lower: We will refund the price difference together with your exchange order confirmation
Exchange restrictions:
Custom orders, clearance final sale goods and hygienic intimate apparel do not support size/color exchange. Only one exchange application is acceptable per single order to prevent resource abuse.
What’s the after-sales rule for customized OEM bulk orders?
Custom orders are excluded from standard 30-day return policy.
1. All production follows pre-confirmed sample; we only accept compensation/rework requests for mass goods with mass production defects over AQL apparel standard.
2. No return or full refund if you feel unsatisfied with design, size or fabric after mass production finished (subject to your signed sample confirmation).
3. For customized orders with verified batch defects: We provide partial refund, free re-production or partial reshipment solutions after joint inspection.

How do I find my size?
We provide complete size charts with bust, waist, hip, length and sleeve measurements for all styles, covering XS–4XL to fit different body shapes including plus sizes.
1. Measure your own body circumference with a soft tape, compare with our detailed size data on each product page.
2. For bulk wholesale clients, we can customize exclusive sizing standards to match your local market demand (EU, US, Russia & Central Asia sizes available).
3. Our customer service team can share size reference photos of models with different figures to help you confirm the fit before placing bulk orders.
Are your products true to size?
All our garments follow stable unified cutting standards, most styles run true to standard sizing.
– Knitwear, cardigans and loose blouses have relaxed oversized fit; denim dresses & fitted tops follow slim regular sizing.
– We note fit characteristics clearly on every product page to avoid size mismatch.
– For bulk wholesale orders, we can produce pre-production sample pieces for you to test the fit before mass production to eliminate sizing deviation risks.
What materials do you use?
We select premium eco-friendly fabrics suitable for all seasons, core materials include soft cotton blends, breathable viscose, gentle knit wool, stretch denim, chiffon and thick fleece for winter styles.
1. Every product lists full fabric composition, weight and texture description on product page;
2. All raw materials pass international textile safety testing, no harmful chemicals;
3. Wholesale clients can request fabric swatch books with all texture samples before order placement; custom fabric mix & thickness adjustment is supported for bulk orders.
How do I care for my Alevioka pieces?
Each garment attaches clear care label with washing guidance, general maintenance tips as below:
1. Knit & delicate fabrics: hand wash cold water, lay flat to dry, avoid strong bleach and high-temperature ironing;
2. Denim & fleece items: machine washable on gentle cycle, turn inside out before washing to prevent fading;
3. All fabrics are shrink-resistant with professional pre-wash treatment during production, minimal deformation after washing.
For wholesale buyers, we can print customized multilingual care labels with your own brand logo on all bulk goods.
