Shipping Policy
General Shipping Terms
This shipping policy applies to all B2B wholesale women clothing orders on our official website, formulated referring to Alibaba International B2B wholesale logistics standards, suitable for stock ready goods orders and custom processing bulk orders.
Our warehouse is based in Guangzhou, China. We support ready-mix wholesale, large bulk orders, OEM/ODM custom processing orders. We provide dedicated logistics lines for Russia, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and other mainstream markets.
Shipping Methods & Reference Transit Time
Multiple logistics channels for different order volume and timeline demands, all transit times are reference only:
1. International Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Small batch urgent orders, 5–12 working days
2. Russia & Central Asia Special Line: Stable dedicated route, smooth customs clearance, 10–22 working days
3. Railway / Sea Freight: Mass large-volume orders, cost-effective, 25–45 working days
Transit delays may occur during global logistics peak seasons, customs inspection, local policy adjustment and force majeure, we shall not be liable for compensation for uncontrollable delays.
Order Processing & Shipment Schedule
Ready Stock Orders
After full payment received and confirmed:
Goods sorting, quality inspection, packing and outbound shipment will be completed within 3–7 working days.
If encountering stock sorting peak, fabric inventory adjustment, we will inform buyers in advance for delayed arrangement.
Custom OEM / ODM Processing Orders
1. After deposit payment, we will confirm artwork, size chart, fabric sample, bulk production lead time with buyer via written contract/WhatsApp/Email.
2. Mass production cycle will be agreed bilaterally in advance, normal custom production lead time ranges from 7–25 working days according to order quantity and craft complexity.
3. Once bulk goods finish production and buyer pays the balance payment, we will arrange shipment within 3–7 working days after full balance confirmation.
4. Final shipment date follows the confirmed written agreement; verbal time estimate shall not be deemed binding delivery deadline.
Freight Calculation Rules
1. Shipping cost is calculated by total weight, volume, delivery method and destination country.
2. Long-term bulk cooperation clients can apply exclusive customized freight quotation with wholesale discount.
3. Import duties, local customs tax and destination handling fees shall be borne by buyer unless signed written agreement states otherwise.
4. All freight charges are fully transparent without hidden extra fees.
Customs Clearance Responsibilities
1. We complete China export declaration and provide full set export documents for customs release.
2. Buyer takes full responsibility for destination import clearance, tax payment and local goods pickup.
3. Any cargo detention, fine, return loss caused by buyer’s incomplete documents or violation of local import rules shall be fully undertaken by buyer.
Logistics Abnormalities & Claim Rules
1. If goods damaged, lost or wrong items delivered due to our packing & shipment fault, we support free reshipment or partial refund after photo/video evidence verification.
2. Force majeure factors (natural disaster, regional policy change, transport suspension, war) leading to logistics delay, we will assist to track cargo but bear no compensation liability.
3. Buyer must inspect parcels within 5 working days after goods arrive destination. Shortage, breakage complaints must be submitted with clear pictures and videos within the time limit; overdue feedback will be regarded as complete normal delivery.
Supplementary Clause
We reserve the right to adjust logistics solutions and freight standards according to international logistics market fluctuation. All orders shall follow the latest published shipping policy.
