By browsing, inquiring and placing orders on our website, you fully agree to all the terms below.
1. Account & Website Usage
. All information you submit (company name, contact number, email, address) must be true and valid.
. You shall not use this website for illegal activities, malicious inquiry, data crawling or content theft.
. All pictures, product designs, texts on this site are our intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, reproduction and resale are forbidden.
2. Price & Quotation
. All unit prices shown on the website are for reference only. Final prices will be confirmed via formal quotation based on order quantity, fabric, printing
and custom requirements.
. Prices do not include international shipping cost, import duty, tax and clearance fees unless specially stated.
. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to raw material fluctuation without prior notice to unconfirmed orders.
3. MOQ & Sample Service
. Minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies by styles, detailed rules will be marked on product pages or quotations.
. Sample orders are acceptable. Sample cost and courier freight shall be borne by buyers. Sample fee can be deducted from your bulk order payment
after mass production.
. Sample production time is 3–7 working days; bulk production lead time will be notified after deposit received.
4. Payment Terms
. We accept T/T bank transfer, Western Union and other agreed payment methods.
. Standard payment process: 30% deposit to start mass production; full balance paid before shipment.
. Orders will not be arranged for production until deposit arrives to our designated account. Delivery will be delayed if balance payment is overdue.
5. Shipment & Logistics
. Shipping methods include sea freight, air freight and express delivery; buyers can choose the transport way.
. We arrange shipment after full balance cleared. Tracking number will be sent to you once goods dispatched.
. Import tax, customs clearance charge, local delivery fee at destination country are buyer’s sole responsibility. We do not cover customs detention
loss caused by buyer’s incomplete documents.
6. Quality Inspection & After-sales
. Buyers can arrange third-party inspection before shipment; inspection cost shall be undertaken by buyers.
. If defective goods are found when receiving parcels, buyers must provide clear photos/videos within 3 working days after goods arrival for verification.
. We only accept compensation or remake for manufacturing defects. No return or refund for problems caused by improper washing, wrong size
selection or personal style dislike.
. Custom-made items (custom logo, special fabric, personalized cut) cannot be cancelled or returned once production starts.
7. Order Cancellation & Modification
. Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before production starts.
. If you cancel the order after we arrange raw materials and production, the deposit will not be refunded to cover material loss.
. Any modification on size, color, logo or quantity must be confirmed in writing before mass production; extra cost may occur for late changes.
8. Liability Exemption
. We are not responsible for delivery delay caused by force majeure: natural disaster, port congestion, airline/sea line suspension, customs inspection,
pandemic and other uncontrollable factors.
. Size error within ±2cm is normal garment industry tolerance, which will not be regarded as defective products.
. Color difference between physical goods and website pictures is unavoidable due to screen display, not quality issue.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from cooperation shall be solved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Guangzhou, China under relevant international trade laws.
10. Update of Terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Updated content will take effect once published on the website. Please check regularly.
